The transfer of post to position, from the current capital account to the definitive capital account, is linked to the action to put the asset into service.

Two processes are possible in Salvia Patrimoine

Individual commissioning

This process is to be carried out directly on the plug of good by carrying out the commissioning of the property. In the “depreciation” tab, by clicking on the button you proceed with the commissioning of the property as well as the transfer of post to station.

Group commissioning

Salvia Patrimoine allows to carry out the commissioning and transfer of post to post on several cards of good at the same time. You must first make a selection on the complete list in order to identify the cards to be processed. Then click on the “transformation” button of the selection and choose the menu “commissioning”.

With this feature you can trigger provisioning on multiple assets at once, specifying a single provisioning date, or assigning a clean date to each asset.
